What do you mean by “trauma-informed”?

Certain kinds of tragic or terrible events can happen to us that have a significant spiritual, physiological, and mental impact on us. Being “trauma informed” means that we do not consider all difficulties after traumatic events to be just spiritual in nature, and seek to help our clients experience holistic recovery.
