Christian counseling for marriage and family.

Christ-centered help for couples, parents, and families in hard seasons. Online from anywhere, or in person in Memphis, TN and Franklin County, NC.

When home feels hard, there is hope.

Every marriage and family goes through hard seasons. Maybe the same arguments keep coming back. Maybe trust has been broken, or you feel more like roommates than partners. Maybe you’re parenting a child whose needs stretch you thin, or your family is still finding its footing after adoption, illness, or loss.

In marriage, two lives become one, so one person’s struggles and wounds are carried by both. Our counselors and Christian Care Coaches help couples and families slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and learn to face problems together instead of facing off against each other.

Lasting change grows from the heart, as God reshapes what we believe, what we want, and how we choose to love.

How we help couples and families

Curiosity before conclusions

Hurting spouses often assume the worst about each other. We help you get curious about your spouse’s experience, extend trust where it’s been earned, and practice patience instead of frustration.

Allies, not opponents

The goal is for both of you to stand on the same side against the problem, whether it’s conflict, past wounds, illness, or broken trust.

Repair takes time

Repentance, forgiveness, and rebuilding trust are journeys rather than single moments. We help couples take honest, steady steps at a pace that protects the more vulnerable spouse.

Heart change, not just new habits

Communication tools help, and we use them. But lasting change comes as Christ grows humility, empathy, and kindness in each of us.
